Retro Mode: Experience the Power

O-yeah! Rock ‘n roll baby! Retro mode is coming! This is a retro-inspired manipulated photo. I really love this one because it has been weeks or almost month that I had never edited my photos. There are two reasons why I haven’t edited pictures of myself. First, I have no new photos. I haven’t have my regular pictorial these days(hehehe). Next, thinking of the concept of the photo to be edited is a big thing, meaning its really hard to think of the strokes and designs that I will apply for the image.

So, for this manipulated photo, its good and I love it as I said. As you see, I applied some color replacement in some areas to beautify and add some “wow”-effect for the photo and for the pop art thing. For me, a manipulated photo with only one color is a dull thing (except for some other ideas of having one color). About the title, “Experience the Power”, the meaning is simple, experience the power of digital art in retro, and not the kili-kili power! (more…)
