Because of your overwhelming comments on my grandma’s poems posted here, she wrote, again, a poem for us. But, I realized, why not create a blog for my grandmother’s poems? She’s writing many poems right now, so why not? Right?

Today, I created a blog for my “Nanay”. And I called it, “Blog ni Lola Ising“. Filipino is the main language of the blog because most of my lola’s poems are in Filipino language.

Me, as an owner of a PSP, I want to customize it as long as I can. And the best way in customizing every one’s PSP is choosing the right wallpaper. Just like in our PCs and cellphones, we like our gadgets use custom wallpapers.

So I decide to create wallpapers for PSP. At first, I didn’t thought of making a blog for that thing, so I just create and create wallpapers for my PSP. But it’s a good idea to create a blog for PSP wallpapers which is a good SEO keyword!

Happy new year to everyone! Well, the year ends again and starts all over again. The year 2008 is memorable to me. In year 2008, I graduated in high school and entered the new world of college. This is the year of great happiness, and tears of sadness(I don’t want to mention it again. You should know that.) So, let’s just wave our hands and bid goodbye to the year 2008 and face the new year with a big smile!

Welcome 2009! Our family’s parties welcomed the year 2009. It is very traditional to have a simple yet exciting party for welcoming the coming year. We started the party at 11:00 pm of December 31, 2008. We had a countdown for the approaching new year. When the clock ticks at 12:00, it’s new year! Fireworks! Fireworks! Fireworks! Yes! Brilliant colors were splashing in the air! (And that was so cool)

After that, we also celebrated my Dad’s birthday. Yesterday was the grandest(I think) birthday party for my Father named Noel Servigon. Everyone in the family were invited. There’s a lot of foods spread at every table. And my relatives from Quezon City brought a group of teen musicians. They rocked the scene and yes, they literally rocked the scene (whew!).

So, again, welcome 2009. I’m glad you’re here now. What are my new year’s resolution? I think, I’ll just be myself as I am last year. And I will now end this post with my new picture taken at the new year party:

If it’s Christmas, It’s party time! Our whole family had one of our most memorable parties in our history. Remember the B-day bash of my mother? That was hilarious. But this time, Christmas time, the party was extremely energetic! Dance all the way and eat all the way! (Yeah! That’s my family!) We had the party at exactly 12:00 am, December 25. We had lots of foods and lots of Soju! My uncle from South Korea brought some Soju for us to drink it. Actually, that was the first time that my mother saw me drinking alcoholic beverage. Then, after eating and some drinking, the dance floor had opened up for party! And dancing is one of the favorites of my family. Our Christmas party was awesome and really unforgettable. BTW, I am the “official photographer(wannabe)” of the party, so here are the photos taken by me:

Fresh from the black days of mourning for my grandfather’s death, I’m here to type (and think) for my comeback post for my blog (and for my online accounts). It’s good to be back, but not really good. It’s hard to think that I’m back to the blogging world, not because I had a fabulous trip to Las Vegas or had an adventurous journey to Africa, but because of having the worst thing that may happen to anyone. My grandfather’s death really hurt me. I am having a hard time recovering from what happened to him.

But I don’t want to ruin my entire life because of this. My Lolo is important to me but being happy is also important. So, I’m here, typing and thinking for this post and I like to say to everyone that,

“I’m back!”

Hi guys, I just want to tell you that this blog and my whole internet accounts will become idle for some time. Why? My “lolo” (grandfather) died last Thursday night, December 11 this year. When I heard the news about it, I had a feeling that cannot be explained. My lolo, Simplicio Servigon is very close to me. He made my life happier. This is the only time I cried a lot after not crying for almost three years (because I didn’t had a really bad feeling like this).

We will be at the Nova Funeral Homes to join the rest of the family for the mourning of our beloved Lolo’s death. My father will be here tomorrow  from Nigeria to join us. I thought our Christmas will be full of happiness because my father will be celebrating with us, but, yeah, my Lolo died. But we have to accept it. That’s my Lolo’s fate.

To my Lolo:

‘Tay, mahal na mahal po kita. Maraming salamat po sa masasayang araw na magkakasama tayo. Masaya po ako na naging parte ako ng buhay mo. Ngayon, magiging mas masaya na ang buhay mo sa piling ni Jesus. ‘Tay, salamat po… mahal na mahal kita…

Every person wants to be rich. I am a dreamer who wish to have a great life with so many money. If I am a billionaire, I will buy those huge things up there. I’ll buy high-tech gadgets. I’ll buy mouth-watering foods! I’ll buy anything I want! This dream is very hard to reach. But if I will work on it, I can reach it. But money is just a piece of paper or metal that can buy anything you want, but with exceptions. Money makes us happy, but it is not essential. This means, becoming rich is not important. (Hmm, do you agree?)

Anyway, I named the three manipulated photos as “The Riches Series” (Wow). I really like it! I hope these dreams become real. Cheers!

Wow, time runs really fast. Its 22 days before Christmas and 28 days before the coming of New Year(from the time this one posted)! I am so excited. Christmas is for all. Sharing your blessings from God and of course, giving love to your family. This coming December 18, my Dad will be here in the Philippines from Nigeria for a sweet holiday vacation. And this added to my excitement for the holiday season. I’m so sure that our whole family will be in high spirits because my Dad will be celebrating with us.

And of course, the new year. Year 2009 is coming. A new year for new life (yeah! that’s the spirit!). This coming new year, I’m planning to tweak some of my bad traits into a heavenly-trait, I hope so(he-he-he). And for the record, this year will be another year for another series of digital artworks! Yes! I’m planning to make a new series of manipulated pictures, named “Say something” and to be posted this coming 2009. I’m so thrilled with this new project for my Kelvinonian Ideas.
