Love Your Country and Lead the Change Today

Philippines, our very own country, has been experiencing different series of major tragedies. The two destructive typhoons and the horrible Maguindanao massacre, all of these were experienced last year. And this year 2010, Philippines is indeed in need of change.
We Filipinos love joining different conventions and seminars that can enhance our knowledge. And this coming February 17, a major event will be held. The “Lead the Change 2010” campaign – a huge gathering of the country’s big names in different industries to discuss what we need for the preparation of challenges that the 21st century has to give. The Knowledge Channel Foundation is the main organizer of the said event. The Foundation has been on its mission to improve education through television and online learning. And with “Lead the Change 2010″, the Knowledge Channel Foundation hopes for the change that can help the Philippine’s education improvement.
Lead the Change 2010 also aims for good discussion for poverty reduction (education, health, population, governance, environment and peace). Ms. Peggy Dulany Rockefeller will also be at the event, to be the guest of honor. She is the founder of the Global Philanthropists Circle and the Synergos Institute. Oscar M. Lopez (Chair of the Lopez Group of Companies and Knowledge Channel Foundation) will also be at the event to deliver a motivating and inspiring speech for the attendees.
Lead the Change 2010 is another major event for the Philippines that will surely help prevent (or lessen) the tragedies that ruin the life of every Filipino. And this Love month, help provide a public school with Knowledge Channel by donating some love to them. Spread the love and Lead the Change.

You are right. Every one of us Filipinos should be a catalyst. Whoever becomes the leader, the laws are always good – let us obey and honor the our laws.
