My friend heads the Philippine Survey and Research Team that tested wireless broadbands. Their independent results showed SmartBro is faster than Globe Broadband. I’m sorry but I know that PSRC have been the number one research and survey company in the country, even outranking TNS.

BTW< I dont use SmartBro. I use Sun.
