PSP, Not Just an Ordinary Media Dynamo
2 Comments | Posted by Kelvin Servigon in Blogger, Technology, Thoughts
This will be my official post for Playstation Protable (PSP). PSP is a handheld gaming console where you can play, play and play.
1. Play Music and Photos. On your PSP, you can play your favorite mp3 or wma files. Just put it on your Memory Stick and go to Music in the menu. You can also view your best photos here. In my PSP, I always put my manipulated photos here and make it as my wallpaper. You can also play your photos in a slideshow mode.
2. Play Videos. Videos Galore! You can watch movies too! Yeah, just put the UMD video that you bought and all are set to go. But, you can also put your favorite video files from your computer to PSP. You will just need to have some complicated conversion of your video files.
3. Play Games. Games? Of course, PSP was made to be a game console. That’s why you can play games too. You will need to buy game UMDs(Universal Media Disc) to be able to play games on PSP. But, you can also download some demos from the Playstation Store. (more…)

I Blinded Her with My Flowers

She’s my girlfriend, Joni. I love her. Yeah, I really love her. And I dedicate this manipulated photo to her because I love her (and because she’s the one on the picture, hehehe). What about the title? When we we’re at the time of courtship, I gave her a bouquet of flowers. And that was the my formal start of courting her. And the time blew up our hearts and link us together. (Sweet!!!) And why blinded? Because love is blind. Hahaha, and I love her also means I blind her. LOL! But seriously speaking, the title means, I court her with my flowers.
See this very sweet manipulated photo at DeviantART! Here’s the sweet url: http://kelvinonian-ideas.deviantart.com/art/I-Blinded-Her-with-My-Flowers-102159160

At Last, the Car is Here!

Oyeah! The Isuzu Sportivo is ours! We got the car yesterday at the Isuzu Plaridel (BMD Motors). “Wow!” this was the first word I said when I saw the customized Sportivo for us. I looked at it and it was sooooo good! While my mother was arranging the papers for the release of the new car, me and my little cousin Marielle played inside the car! Hahaha, Marielle was so naughty girl. She always wanted to open the LCD monitor and watch a movie. But I didn’t knew how to operate it that day. Everyone was so excited with the new car. After signing of the papers, all were set to move!
An Isuzu employee drove the car for us. Why not me? Hehe, I was scared to drive the NEW car. The first stop, fast-food drive thru. Wow, its so good to just order on a drive thru with your car! (more…)

Simplicity is NOT Beauty
1 Comment | Posted by Kelvin Servigon in Blogger, Dark Mode, Digital Art, Edited photo
Do you know who is she? Hehe, she’s my girl. Her name is Joni. I edited this last Sunday when we were chatting. We were so bored so we decided to edit each other’s picture. So, this was the manipulated photo that I made for her. Its scary, but I really love the style. But in real life, I don’t want to see her with that colors on her face. In the title of the image, “Simplicity is not beauty”, its not just an ordinary title. It has meaning. Yeah, m-e-a-n-i-n-g. Simplicity because the manipulated photo seems simple to me, and not beauty because my girlfriend is not beautiful with the effects I put on her. (more…)

This is the End. This is the Beginning

Yesterday was October 25, 2008. And that day was the end! The end of my driving lessons! The question is, did I really learned how to drive? And the answer is yes. I learned how to drive a car with the help of Lorraine Driving School. And I’m so thankful about that. Yesterday, I went to San Fernando City, Pampanga for the last day of the driving lesson and they had me for a 4-hour brief driving lecture. The topics was all about the road signs (I learned a lot!) and some basic car maintenance (yeah, purely basic). They said that the lecture would last up to 4 hours but we finished it for only 3 hours. But that’s ok, it’s not a big deal. The important was we learned a lot. By the way, this post is the end. Yeah, the end of series of posts all about my driving school experience.
The beginning. OYE! Now I know how to drive, hahaha, this will be the beginning of my new role in the world as a destination-hopper! Joy ride!!! Yeah, I’m so excited.

“You’re Such A Fast Learner”

Still remember? I enrolled at a Driving school right? Yesterday, the driving lessons at Lorraine Driving School started. I went there at exactly 3:30pm. When I was walking up stairs, I was a bit nervous and thinking on what would be happened in case of any accidents and… “that wouldn’t happen!” Then I approached the secretary, yeah, the one who thought I’m a kid (ugh). She said to wait for a while because the instructor wasn’t arriving yet. And after a while, the great instructor came. I looked at him. “He seems ok” We went to the parking lot and I saw the Toyota Vios that we will use! It’s so gorgeous and glittering. It has a logo of the school in its back.
He drove the car first until we came in an open space. He taught me some basics in starting up a car, checking it up and many more. Its time for me to shine! He let me drive the car. I was nervous at that time. I started the car, yeah, this is it, the car was moving!!! First gear then second gear then break, then reverse and then back to first gear to second gear then break again. This was my routine in my first lesson. The instructor smiled at me and said “You’re good huh” Hehe, I know that. I’m great.
